Cecilia and Agustina are back from a trip that started at the ALC Summit in San Diego and continued with client meetings in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
The best part was seeing people in person: clients, colleagues and friends we usually only see on a screen. Having the chance to talk and catch up face to face made the whole experience feel more personal and meaningful.
At the Summit, three topics came up again and again:
· How client and partner relationships need to work when business conditions keep shifting.
· How to bring AI into a company without pushing out the people who do the work.
· How fast organizations have to move just to keep up.
The speed of change came up in nearly every client meeting too. Hearing how leaders are handling it, in their own words and across a table, is something a call can’t give you.
The teams coping best are the ones talking to their partners early and often, before a problem forces the conversation.
